On September 29, 1986, members of Sacred Heart Parish gathered to form and establish the Church club presently known as the SACRED HEART PLAYERS.
The SHP was established to promote and foster a social dimension to the Christian community. The goal of this Club is to encourage men and women to use their God given talents in order that they and their community may grow socially and personally in the understanding of themselves and the people with whom they work. We hope and pray that the Spirit of God's love, joy, goodwill and charity will always be present in all the endeavors of the SHP and that all members will embrace these ideals.

Throughout the years, over 400 members have participated and created lasting friendships, thus defining our mission and strengthening our community. Many of them worked behind the scenes on various production activities. Costumes, building, painting, printing are just a few. Are you next?
We invite you to join us. Be it on stage performing, or backstage helping move sets. Maybe you only have a few days to give? That’s OK too. We have many opportunities for you to help. We’d love to meet and work with you. Be a part of Parish history and help us continue for 20 more years. May God bless you and your family.
